Fees related to shipping.

Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable. This applies to both outbound and returns. If the item you are returning originally shipped for free, we will refund your payment less the shipping cost. This may seem excessive, but it represents all costs associated with returning a bicycle, inclusive of inspection, labor, warehouse handling, paperwork, and depreciation. We will gladly ship any exchanged bikes free of charge.
